Refund policy

Our greatest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you have purchased a product from our online store and, upon receiving it, discover any manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to an exchange or refund in accordance with consumer protection regulations, within 14 days of receiving the item.

⚠️ It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the product measurements before placing an order, in order to avoid issues related to sizing or design.

Please note that the first step in requesting an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Support Team via email at walkerfootballshirts@gmail.com. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return process.

Once we receive the returned parcel, we will carry out an inspection to confirm that the item meets all return conditions. Following approval, our customer service team will contact you, and you may choose to:

Exchange the item for any product available in our stock;

Receive a refund for the amount paid for the products.

In the event of a return, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not have a return address within the United Kingdom; therefore, returned items must be shipped overseas.

In the event of an exchange, a reshipping fee will be charged.

We do not offer free shipping for exchanges or returns.

Both returns and exchanges may take up to 30 days after the returned item has been received to be fully processed.

We do not accept exchanges for personalised shirts with custom names and numbers chosen by the customer (except in cases of supplier/distributor error).
